Jacqueline Esler joined JobStart's Board in 2007.  Jacqueline assumed the role of President and Chair of JobStart’s Board of Directors in June 2013. She is a lawyer who is interested in health regulation, disability law, and mental health advocacy. Jacqueline has many years of experience volunteering for Hospice Toronto.  Jacqueline currently holds the position of Investigator at the Office of the Ombudsman of Ontario l Bureau de l'Ombudsman de l'Ontario.
Indu Sourabh joined JobStart’s Board of Directors in June 2011. Indu assumed the role of Vice-President of the Board in June 2014. Indu has over sixteen years' experience leading Finance, Technology and Project/Business Management teams in financial services and insurance industries. He has achieved an MBA (with distinction) from Schulich School of Business with a focus on Finance and Strategic Management. Indu is currently Director, Deposit Products at CIBC in Toronto where he leads product management for deposit products.  Indu chairs JobStart's IT Committee.
Jessica Ng joined JobStart’s Board in June 2012 and assumed the role of Treasurer and Chair of the Finance Committee.  Jessica is a Chartered Accountant with over a decade of experience in securities regulation, audit, assurance and transaction advisory. Jessica is currently at the Ontario Securities Commission (“OSC”), as an accountant in the Corporate Finance Branch. Prior to joining OSC, Jessica held the positions of Manager at Deloitte’s Financial Advisory practice providing mergers and acquisitions advisory services and of Senior Accountant at Deloitte’s Assurance and Advisory practice providing audit services. For many years, Jessica has been a tax-clinic volunteer assisting low-income individuals and seniors with filing income tax returns. Jessica has also devoted many years of volunteer experience with various hospitals and nursing homes.

Daniel Mayer joined JobStart's Board in November 2013.  He assumed the role of acting Board Secretary from April 2014 to April 2015 and assumed the role of Board Secretary on April 30, 2015. Daniel is a Bilingual Crown Counsel at the Crown Law Office, Civil of the Ministry of the Attorney General.  His bilingual practice focuses on administrative law and regulatory negligence litigation as well as grievance arbitration in the education sector.  Daniel is also a member of the Official Languages Committee of the Ontario Bar Association and is a member of the Board of Directors of Franco-Fête de Toronto.

Ele Pawelski joined JobStart’s Board of Directors in June 2012. Ele is a policy advisor with the Government of Ontario and holds a Masters of Arts in Public Policy and Administration from Ryerson University and a Masters of Arts in Public International Law. LLB, BA.  Prior to her career in Toronto, Ele managed access to justice and human rights projects in developing countries.  She has travelled to more than 60 countries and is currently writing a novella set in Afghanistan.

Norman Woo joined JobStart's Board in 2010. He assumed the role of acting Treasurer and Co-Chair of the Finance Committee from October 2014 to June 2015.  He is currently AVP, Corporate Development for Manulife Financial Corporation. Previously he was a Senior Manager in the Transaction and Restructuring Advisory practice of KPMG LLP where he provided valuations, corporate finance and financial reporting services to public and private companies, as well as the public sector. Norman graduated from the University of Waterloo, where he completed both an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics and a Master of Accounting. Norman is a Chartered Accountant in Canada and a Certified Public Accountant in the U.S. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Business Valuator designations.
Lauralea Mast joined JobStart’s Board of Directors in June 2013.  Lauralea is a senior marketing professional with over 25 years of strategic media, advertising and research experience in the financial services industry and many other business and consumer goods categories.  Lauralea is a mentor in The Mentoring Partnership (TMP) program delivered by JobStart and other member agencies.  The TMP program is delivered in collaboration with community and corporate partners and the Toronto Region Immigrant Employment Council (TRIEC) bringing together recent skilled immigrants and established professionals in occupation specific mentoring relationships.  Lauralea has held progressively senior media and research roles at Fidelity Investments, David Cairns & Company, BBDO Denneboom Media.  She has successfully run her own company, Lauralea Mast Media Consulting, since 2005.               
Janet LeClair joined JobStart's Board of Directors in June 2014.  Janet is a Senior HR Consultant with Stratford Managers Corporation and has broad expertise in human resources, finance and communications.  With over 20 years’ experience working with academic administrators, researchers, clinicians, CEO’s and boards of directors she has worked both in the private and public sector -- all with a focus on innovation to advance knowledge for economic and social benefit.   Janet has previously served on two boards: with BioTalent Canada for two consecutive 3-year terms and a year with the York Technology Association (now TechConnex).  She recently completed Altruvest’s Governance Leadership Program; is a graduate of Ryerson University’s Business Administration Program and the Rotman School of Management’s Advanced Program in Human Resources, University of Toronto; she holds a Certified Human Resource Leader (CHRL) designation.
Amanda Bartley joined JobStart’s Board in October 2014. Amanda is a currently a Brand Strategy Associate for in sync group: Publicis Healthcare (“PH”) where she works on building strategies required to drive innovation, deliver outstanding care, and improve global outcomes. Prior to joining PH, Amanda worked at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, focusing on Community Mental Health Programs. Amanda is passionate about volunteerism and advancing social issues, and has held the position of Consultant at numerous non-profits throughout Toronto.  Amanda holds an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto, specializing in Economics and Psychology.

Rob Glube joined JobStart’s Board of Directors in June 2015. Rob is currently a Commercial Finance Manager at Labatt Breweries of Canada LP where he manages operating and capital expenses for the national sales team. Rob also works on strategic initiatives to deliver top line growth and positive returns on investment. Prior to joining Labatt, he worked as a senior associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an external auditor and advisor to several publicly traded companies in the financial services industry.  Rob graduated from the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University with a major in accounting and a minor in finance, and has since obtained his Chartered Accountant designation. In 2008, he worked at Youth Employment Services in Montreal within their Finance Department.
